You can walk in, say you want something nutty and not too bitter, and walk out with a cup dialed specifically to that preference. Ironsmith can't do that. Neither can anyone else in Encinitas.

The Tesora blend is where most locals land first — smooth, slightly sweet, approachable without being boring.
